Caps

A new account starts with a $1,000 monthly cap, a $250 max per task, and a $250 auto-approve amount. Humanize, feedback, and edit are on. Write is off. Results are emailed. One revision is included. Auto-charge is on.

Creating a task needs a card on file and at least one task type turned on. quote_only does not. Creating a task does not charge the card. The charge happens after the work is done and an exact amount is logged. With auto-charge off, that amount stays pending.

When a create is refused

• High end above the per-task max: approval_required.
• High end above max_price on the call: approval_required. max_price is integer cents.
• Spend this month plus the high end above the monthly cap: budget_exceeded.
• High end above the auto-approve amount, and confirm was not passed: approval_required.
• That task type is turned off: not_possible.

The high end is the top of the quoted range. Large has no top, so the check uses the floor. Read the live numbers with finishthis_account.
